Leading Waterstone Technical Communications as the Owner and CEO, Lance has a combined 20 years of hands on technical communications experience that includes Technical Publications, Content and Project Management, XML implementation, and Customer Support. His experience working with Technical Publications in multiple industries has given him the ability to make sure customer’s technical communication project expectations are exceeded.
Lance started his career working in the Aviation and Aerospace Industry when he joined the Air Force and became a Crew Chief on the F-15 Aircraft. After leaving the Military and pursuing an Aircraft Maintenance Degree, he was certified as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic, Inspector, and Avionics Technician. Lance then went on to work at companies such as Midwest Airlines, Pratt & Whitney Engine Services, John Deere and Astronautics Corporation of America.
Lance’s prior career as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician and Inspector has given him a unique perspective in the Technical Communications Industry. Lance’s background as a Senior Technical Writer, and his experience in Technical Publications Management, have transferred to many years of success in providing Customer Support, Project Management, and Customer Solutions.
